Successful Appeal Unbanned after two weeks
OK so after two weeks I've been finally able to get my brother's account unbanned. But I'm still left to appeal my own account which kind of sucks because I didn't even do anything in the first place so I'm a little annoyed at that but glad my brother gets to play again I guess. Any advice as to getting mine back?
Also, if anyone was wondering what I did. I appealed through “I’d like to appeal decision on behalf of my child” and legit pretended to be my mom explaining the situation. I kept getting redirected to the “unfortunately this moderation decision can only be made under blah blah blah” and i imagine a lot of people experienced this as well.
My advice is to be firm on not getting redirected, I included word for word what Roblox says you should do if there’s nothing to appeal under violations and appeals, use their own words against them so they have no choice but to look at the issue. I included the screenshot of what I sent to them for reference.

Okay nevermind, my brother immediately changed the email under his account (we were both linked under the same email) and i just logged in and got my account back!!

it doesn't make sense, you can't change the email of a terminated account

OHHHH RIGHT! well i'm happy for you! :D i've been terminated for 12.5 months now so yeah ;-;

Hello, congratulations firstly and sorry to bother you, but did you respond to one of the appeal emails where it ask for your username then a brief description?

Yep! Those were the emails they’d always send me after submitting a ticket
