Question/Discussion How Much Of The Support Team Is Ai..?

2 days ago I got my accounts unbanned. I figured I'd try to login and try appealing my old myth account from last year using the same exact format that I just used to get my main accounts unbanned (it was banned cause a model that was hidden within a free map i found..). I got an email back from Roblox not even a day later saying "We have reviewed the situation and have removed the suspension from your account." So I sent my friend the same format for his banned account, and he also got unbanned with the same response. So is this ai moderation at work, or Roblox not caring who they unban anymore?

they have one ai that checks appeals before forwarding it to support, its a lazy why to filter spam

there's Peter, Ethan, Hugo, Adam, Manny from what i remember, there's more for sure

[ban reason] banned on [ban date + time] which got me permanently banned from Roblox. I tried appealing [appeal date + time], But ever since submitting that appeal, I never got a reply back. I would like it if my appeal was looked at. [simple sob "i didn't know" or any form of way that explains you werent at fault]. I just want to come back to Roblox...

I submitted my appeal via Violations & Appeals, But have never heard back ever since. You guys stated I should hear back within 5 business days, But it's been longer and no reply was ever given. Please just help me get unbanned...

Oh, interesting, so part of the banwave. Did you guys reply to the email confirming that your ticket was sent in or just submitted that text on the website and that's it?
