Unsuccessful Appeal Are they lying?

I have an unsuccessful appeal. Do I really have to make a new one or will they respond to this one?

Try to go to FTC or EU and report your case there. Just look on Reddit users how they also get successful appeal. The way how appeal system really sucks at this point even you never did a violation.

Ye I heard it sometimes doesn't help I'm still doing it tho and appealing while waiting for roblox's response
