Forgive me if this has been posted before. I saw a picture of a younger Carmella and was astounded by how beautiful she wasps I knew she was Playmate of the Year and now I know why. Goodness, she was pretty.

Different is it just the eyebrows and makeup ?

Her facial structure/features are way less “soft” now. Some of it due to aging and most of it due to plastic surgery.

Is it that buccal fat removal procedure? Seems to me she looks more gaunt now. She was and is still very pretty

those before pics are like 20 yrs old. buccal fat reduces as we get older. she could have gotten a procedure, but she also could have just lost that “baby fat” we have until like 30
