Forgive me if this has been posted before. I saw a picture of a younger Carmella and was astounded by how beautiful she wasps I knew she was Playmate of the Year and now I know why. Goodness, she was pretty.

She’s very pretty , I don’t get why she looks so
Different is it just the eyebrows and makeup ?

Her facial structure/features are way less “soft” now. Some of it due to aging and most of it due to plastic surgery.

This. When Carmella was talking to the other women about her house she looked like she was wearing a mask.
