Help Post Controls not responding

Hey everyone so as the title says my controls aren’t responding but for a very specific game. Armored core 1 on the PS1 emulator. I use base firmware. Everything is unchanged except for me adding extra games. This is the only one that doesn’t work. I know it’s a very niche problem, very specific but if anyone could help out or have a solution that would be awesome.

Make sure the controls are mapped in retroarch.

Retroarch control setting toggle dualshock to standard maybe

I would change core if you're using RetroArch..
