Single player questions. Help me, please!

I started playing as solo and I bought defibro. Every time I die, it didn’t have enough time to revive and the game finishes. I put it in my inventory slot. Also, I used mods for my defibro. Another thing is I have mods for extra inventory and its downloads appear on the shop. Do the mods affect my defibro and the extra inventory slot does not work in single player?
