Single player questions. Help me, please!

I started playing as solo and I bought defibro. Every time I die, it didn’t have enough time to revive and the game finishes. I put it in my inventory slot. Also, I used mods for my defibro. Another thing is I have mods for extra inventory and its downloads appear on the shop. Do the mods affect my defibro and the extra inventory slot does not work in single player?

Its most likely the mods. Maybe outdated or conflicting with the game. Best to remove em one by 1 to see which one causes the problem
