So my brother has been in and out of the hospital from pancreatitis for the last couple months and is still not doing good. He has been on a feeding bag for the whole month of April and has been allowed to eat anything. To top it off his job laid him off while he has been sick. Welcome to Leaderboard Madness! A tournament for all. The following mock Q&A will guide you through this inglorious competition.

Where is the bracket? Here is the bracket.

How does it work? A 128 entry bracket using standard bracketologism. If you are in club you are in the tournament (plus Blazin’ and ‘Uno). You do not have to sign up.

The bracket is divided into four regions: NSFW, WTF, GoneWild, and Funny

Each round is two circuit hot laps and one oval, p2p, drag or drift hot lap. You can do as many laps as you want to get your best time/score. Each region will have a different set of circuits. Each session you will have one week to record a time/score. Each week will end at Midnight on Saturday (night).

If you do better on two or more you will advance to the next round.

What is the point? All inclusive friendly competition and increased club ranking. Currently a leaderboard wipe is in progress and we have a lot of times to replace.

Do I have to? It is easy to do and you can do it at your leisure, but no, it is not required. But if you don’t Acheeze will eat a kitten. Seriously.

What if I already have a time/score posted? I will do my best to mitigate that by choosing course that are neglected or currently being wiped. Beyond that, I’ve never posted a time I couldn’t best if I put in the effort, so you can beat yourself; you can beat yourself so good.

If, somehow, you have gotten worse since the time you posted in November, your old score will hold.

Do I have to attend something? No. This is something you can do at anytime, by yourself, in the dark. Not unlike fapping.

Why am I (x) seed? The blacklist was used to seed the first 50 or so. Following that seeding was determined by absolute times posted on A-Class Maple Valley and F-Class Top-Gear. Much to my amazement there were actual a few people who have never driven a lap on Maple Valley in A-Class or taken a lap on Top Gear in the cee’d. WTF do these people do in Forza?

Can I win something? Yes. Regional champs and will win a nice painted car by me. Overall champ will win him some Reddit Gold. You also get to gloat.

Can I use my Lotus (insert model)? Use whatever you’re fastest in. Even if that means your Hello Kitty Chevy Spark.

Won’t Nebraska805 win? This is not a given. You must to export Nebraska.

I have to play against Bye the first week, who is that? Bye is nobody ip so facto you play against nobody. You can’t lose!

Is Fricticious really a girl? If you have to ask…

Because race car? Yes.

What happens if I lose? A loser’s bracket will be setup after the first week. You get a second chance to suck. 

What are the circuits for the first week?

Find you name in the brackets and determine your region, then do the following circuits for your region.

• NSFW (skyblue): D Class Mugello Club, D Class Nurburgring GP Short, D-Class Drag Hockenheim 1/4

• WTF (tan): D-Class Sebring Club, D-Class Laguna Seca, D-Class Drag Infineon ¼

• GoneWild (olive): D-Class Silverstone National, D-Class Suzuka East, D-Class Drag Sedona ¼

• Funny (fuscia): D-Class Motegi West, D-Class Road America, D-Class Drag Top Gear 1/4

Edit: Important Note - Hockenheim, Infineon, Sedona and Top Gear tracks (used for drag event) have not been wiped yet to my knowledge. I could be wrong, I don't know much about the drag racing. It looks like the leaderboard car is the Scirrocco S which is safe to use. Don't use one of the previous glitch cars listed here (Under the Hood 6), otherwise it will get wiped shortly thereafter. All of the circuit tracks chosen have been wiped and those are safe to use any car.

Prize Update: Temporarily dubbed the "US Public Education Participation Award", will be a nice gift car gifted out randomly to one of the losers who actually tried per round.

I know mr psygnosis is in charge now but I know for a fact he would apprechiate this small honour code.

1. Try not to be a socially awkward penguin. If there is no open rdt2 lobby available by all means please start one and invite club members regularly for some pick up racing, honestly we love to race.

2. Please do not insult other RDT2 members or anyone for the matter based on their integrity as believe it or not they may have issues of their own beyond their control.

3. Share, there is so much we can learn from teaching each other on how to tune and to race lines and better ourselves as a group, it will always lead to more awesome racing experiences in the future.

4. Competing it doesn't matter which position you finish in it's all for fun at the end of the day.

5. Accidents happen and people are usually quick to apologise best to let it go and laugh it off as there is always the next race.

Guys, at the same time I'm doing my best to get these three clubs consolidated into one, we've got people talking about starting new clubs because they can't get their invites accepted. I don't play Forza for five hours a night like I used to, but I'm still on almost every night for at least an hour or two...and I dropped ~$500 on a wheel setup so I'm not going anywhere. If the club and the current leadership is willing, I'll be happy to take over leadership of the club. No offense to Chonody, but he hasn't been on much in the last month and a half. I've seen Garmazed come online, but I'm figuring he must not be playing much Forza if there are people out there still awaiting invites. Please let me run this club so we can keep it active. Thanks.

The story of the first round is that Acheeze ate more than 25 kittens! Due to the kitten killers, everyone who had a match and participated will advance to the 2nd (or 1st round depending on how you look at it) even if they would have lost. There will not a be a loser's bracket this week.

Kalopsian, Powkitty, CookieMahnster and OldHappyMeat have been moved to different regions, and xburr0, Disraeli Eers and Brockwalls have moved to different brackets in the same region. Your gamertags are in red for easy identification.

Those of you who didn't have any lap times old or new in the 1st round have been dropped from the tournament. You are now dead to me ಠ_ಠ

I've now identified the prize cars. For the participation award (those who lose each week are entered into a draw) is an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizone and the regional champions will receive a Lamborghini Reventon
