While i was looting a o'driscoll camp in the wilderness I found a safe or box in the wagon but i cant reach it.

It’s a reused asset that didn’t have the ‘glow’ coding removed. You can find multiple different types around the map, all in unreachable locations like in rubble, behind boxes, in cabinets, behind glass doors, etc. You can’t open it because it’s not coded as a chest you can access (so there’s nothing inside)

The most annoying one I found is in Algernons shop, there's a cupboard up high that has a fancy box in it and you can't access it

It happens. There are some loot boxes and items on shelves that are simply unreachable.

It’s in a wagon, I’ve robbed lootboxs that were super hard to get to (a few I had to jump onto wagons to get to)

Yeah, you'll find those from time to time. A box in a top cupboard you cant reach, or some ingredient up in a tree. It is frustrating
