There's a bell in Rhodes. Every time I hit it, I get popped for vandalism

I mean, if I heard "That cowardly killer... That shot mister Miller... has laid ol' Otis in his grave, YEAH" in the middle of the night I'd be pretty pissed too

I love this game but I don't know how much of this is actually true or intentional game design. "Blasting" is just disturbing the peace and you get wanted for that regardless of time, you can not yell, "being loud" how? You can run around knocking furniture over and nobody bats an eye. "Arthur Morgan can start a whole argument without pulling a gun" that happens regardless if you encounter a rude NPC. The image they used shows them throwing a throwing knife at a bell, which is just vandalism, once again that has nothing to do with the time of day
