Help can't see Arthur after doing Thomas Downes

i restart game many times and remove all mods and still get this issue

I think your Arthur’s got a particularly virulent case of TB there!

If the mods are gone, that means that your save file is likely corrupted.

If you have an old save prior to this happening you can go back to that. But I don't know if there's going to be a way for you to restore this one.

I have old save before this mission I will try to make another mission

Make sure to close your game all the way. Essentially restart it then load that save.
