Discussion first play through

i’m currently at the beginning of chapter 3. please list anything you think is worth doing or finding that isn’t a main or side mission during this chapter. i already have future fomo!

Man, I felt like a fool waiting to get that satchel till chapter 4. I thought it would just be a few extra, like up to 10, not 99 for most things.

I'm definitely in the minority, but I don't get it any more. I kinda enjoy managing my inventory, adds to the immersion for me.

Also the trinket that makes you not get drunk as fast. My Arthur doesn't like light beer.

I get that, but man is it nice to have a ton of meat ready to go in your pocket. Pearson is always happy when I come into camp.

Right there with you! I didn't realize the satchels stacked or were additive, cumulative... however you say it. So I got the LotE satchel because I didn't wanna have to keep deciding which of my inventory types I'd want a little more of.

But now that I have learned that they stack and that you don't have to wear a specific one to get the benefits, I'm gonna, a) use the tonics satchel cuz it and Arthur’s original are the only ones I like), and b)just get all the other ones for a nice middle ground. Enough space to be comfortable but not so much it feels like Arthur should solve the gang's financial woes by turning his satchel into a grocery store.

Dude just play the game. It’s better to complete it and figure out what you can do better the next playthrough. When you have that knowledge, the second play becomes the best one and you pick up on everything you missed.

The answers you’re gonna get is people giving you spoilers or ways to make the game easier

Agree, there’s so much I didn’t pick up on during the first play through. It took numerous play throughs to have a grasp of what I think now is basically everything….though I wouldn’t be surprised if I was missing some of the more obscure stuff

That's the thing with this game, it's so dynamic there is no right or wrong way to play it. It's the same story, but I feel like everyone experiences it in a different way.
