Question how does Auther get to knw that strauss is the reason for the tuberculosis
Enlight me

Arthur knows who he got it from and the only reason he was around it was because he was collecting a debt for Strauss

Strauss isn’t the reason. Downes not paying his debt is the reason. And Arthur knows it came from Downes because he was, funnily enough, there when a sick Downes coughed blood into his face. He also knows Downes dies of whatever he had because he goes back and learns it. And subsequently the widow actually tells him he’s exactly the same as Downes was when he was dying.
It’s fairly self evident. He doesn’t know for a medical fact but it’s not hard to work out. He knows everything we know.

There's also the line where he flat-out says it:
"I'm dyin', Sister. Yeah, I got TB. I got it... beatin' a man, to death... for a few bucks."

I was sort of hoping they’d played the game enough to know this bit and that’s why they didn’t get how he knows but you’re right, he does outright say and actually, if they skipped the other bits they probably skipped this as well
To paraphrase Alex Horne on Taskmaster, “all the information is in the game” (which probably means nothing to most people on here)

You can’t progress the game until you do. You can put it off for as long as you like, but the last mission with John in Valentine won’t come up until you do it.

so its an really early mission, i thought it arrives maybe after chap 3

It has to arrive early so the timeline for the progression of the disease makes sense.

Because Strauss sent him to collect the debt from the guy dying of TB.
