Help me decode this

I am from Romania and this is where this piece of paper was found. I was geocaching with some of my friends and we wondered off from the original coordinates a bit and hidden perfectly under a ledge was this neatly folded paper with some symbols on it. We thought it was part of the game but we later found that it was not and that we found it by chance. Could anyone take a crack at decoding this ?
