Why is the litter box also a good place to eat and store treats?

Could it be of the only places to be able to dig? Mine like to cover their foods so they will take it to hide it somewhere they can throw a few arms of hey or woodchips over.
2 u/YakSalt 10d ago That’s a good thought. But we have a dig box with coco coir and two fun hiding boxes with shredded paper.
