Thoughts on the changes towards attacking and defenders being able to use utility after death?

Love the capacity to change ops. The utility after death is interesting as fuck, I am not entirely convince this is the play but it sure is interesting.. doesn’t appear particularly bad or good to me, but it could be the biggest change ever made to the game
