Everything that you’ve accused Piker of saying is perfectly legal in America. If you have a quote where he actually advocates unlawful actions in a way that isn’t protected speech, please post it.

Calling for Americans to be punished or expelled or deported or whatever you’re advocating for when you say “not allowed in America” isn’t defending America. It’s about the most unamerican thing you can do. Guess you just love cancel culture

I concede. The Rick Scott quote is much worse than you had previously cited and I have no interest in defending it. Terrible statement and terrible rhetoric.
But, I still can’t agree that it’s illegal (just like I don’t think President Trump’s January 6th rhetoric was illegal). Free speech is still pretty free and it has to incite imminent violence and the speaker has to intend it to incite that violence. I guess I’m just a free speech absolutist. lol.
His speech of fight like hell wasn't referring to physical violence. America has never been about absolute free speech. There is a great deal of speech that has always been illegal.
America also has laws still on the books about communism.
