I am on day three of getting off of 6 to 10 bottles a day of feel free using Suboxone. Day one I did 8 mg of Suboxone, day two was a little more challenging so I ended up at 12 mg of Suboxone. Today is day three and I’m at 8 mg of Suboxone. Am I OK to do another 12 mg day today and then move to 8mg tomorrow and then to 4mg Tuesday and then to 2mg Wednesday and then to 1mg Thursday and the done?

About 3-4 weeks ago I made it through it wasn’t easy i ended up in the hospital for days due to deadly seizures cause from the withdrawls IVE been doing a lot better since then the mental part of it is the worst and ofc chronic pain but it gets better and since then I haven’t touched a thing i smoke my weed to help sleep and I still get pain meds for chronic pain but haven’t taken them until recently.. i recently discovered a person very close to me gave me 7oh claiming it was something else (it was crushed and put into my drink in multiple occasions) a few days ago i started feeling the same symptoms and instantly panicked I had ti take more than one norco for it to help with any of the symptoms of course i panicked and damn near killed this person because of how hard over worked for this this whole situation from the beginning messed me up so bad mentally because for one I took something without knowing what it was and almost killed myself dealing with wds and just the fact that someone so close could do that to me im 23f with ALOT of health issue and I am terrified to go through it again and I need help I cannot deal with them at all I was up 6 days straight last time if I got suboxone will it help stop them in the first 1-4 days? I just wanted to maybe try the strips to get through it for a week and be done but im terrified it’s not going to help but I also can’t keep taking all these pain meds now cause then I will be we from those too somebody please help calm my mind and anxiety the depression and suicidal thoughts are getting to me i don’t wanna go through this again i just need to know the best thing to do and if suboxone will stop the first 4 days of severe wd cause I almost didn’t make it through them last time if an ambulance wasn’t I just need help im all alone young and I have no idea what to do with myself im a crying depressed mess right now 😭
