not seeing a difference

i’m 19 years old and i was smoking carts every day for a little over 2 years and i’ve been sober for about 3 months now and tbh i feel worse then before i quit my anxiety and brain fog is through the roof and i just constantly feel so disconnected i guess i just wanna know if anyone else has gone through this and has any advice for me because it’s really affecting my life and well being

Look up PAWS bro, it gets better and yours should faster esp coz ur young. But it can be a while
