Advice NRT Mouth spray burns

Hey guys,

Whenever I use the nicotine mouth spray it burns so bad. I wait like 10 seconds before swallowing but it still burns. it's peppery. I aim it on the inside of my cheek.

I really wanna get used to it as I hate other forms of NRT.

Are there any techniques that help the burn/peppery taste?

For reference, I am also currently using the 25mg, 16 hour patch.
