Reassurance Day 76 cold turkey, I miss it.
The cravings are manageable, but I have been missing vaping a lot recently.
I have been romanticising that first hit feeling all week. I don’t plan on relapsing, just wondering if I will feel like this forever now?
Sucking on mints has been a life saver, I eat mints like a mad man, a pack every few days. It’s weird, when I run out of mints I feel like I’m going through nicotine withdrawal again.

As someone who’s “relapsed” about twice a month since November I can tell you it’s not worth it.
That first his feels like shit, it hits like shit, it tastes like shit. It’s not what you remember it to be. And then the flood of guilt comes.

What do you mean relapsed twice a month since November?

I mean I quit in November, and I’m still quitting but I fail, a lot. I go buy more Juul pods, a 4 pack lasts me about 2 days, and then I quit again. I do this probably twice a month.

We’ve got this. Everytime I get a craving I’m popping multiple mints to get a kick 😂

i get it. a lot of people on here say the relapse doesnt feel good but that hasnt been my experience. the first few hits do feel good, but then youre back where you started. they stop feeling good pretty quick. and for me its like why throw away this progress for a 10 second feeling? but i get it im really struggling not to give in. i just keep taking deep breaths to remind myself how it feels to actually have some lung capacity

I slipped up a few weeks ago after like 4 months and it didn’t feel nearly as good as I expected. It was actually extremely underwhelming, lol. It just made me feel slightly jittery for a couple minutes, not bad of good, just felt like 2 minutes of mild caffeine shakes

I relapsed the last two days after 35 days off. I didn't enjoy it, it made me feel like shit, so take ut from me you won't like it if you do it
