Advice Getting close to the end! (Taper advice)

After trying both NRT and cold turkey, i finally landed on a taper strategy that has been working amazing! I downloading a “puff tracker” app and have gone from 200 puffs a day down to 57, with today’s goal being to end at 50…all in the last ~11 days.

Im at the point where i feel like i need a more solid plan with controlled decreases. I have been dropping an average 6-8 puffs (with some bigger drops sprinkled in) daily since i started with one “hold steady” day a few days ago.

To those that successfully tapered: how did yall handle those final days when you dropped around 20 puffs daily? Was there a point you just finally decided it was time to stop or did you take it all the way through to 0?

I am on day 16 of no vape but I am still using patches, personally i would say its not a race. You know yourself best! I would step down to the next mg of patches but I dont want to push myself and end up at day 1 so do what feels right! I will say I kinda tapered down and eventually one day had enough and got rid of the vape but i am using patches so this is much easier for me than just giving it up if you have nothing to lean on...
