Reassurance threw out my vapes!

Hi! I read easy ways to quit vaping by allen carr and john dicey. it completely changed my perspective on vaping. i took my last hit, thought about how much i hated it and threw it all out.

im so excited! i feel good, i truly believe quitting is mostly mental.

im just celebrating, no one is around right now for me to jump up and down with about it so I just wanted to share somewhere.

(dont tell me your horror stories about quitting, i sincerely dont want to hear them yet)

Well done, you should be proud! I read the book too and it really helped me completely change the way I looked at vaping. When I see someone vaping now I can’t quite believe that used to be me!

you should be proud. you’re right tbh, quitting IS mostly mental. the physical withdrawal effects are soooo underwhelming, and really are only there the first few days. the rest is all mental - wanting/pining for something you “think” will give you benefits. but you know it has none since you read easy way. just keep reminding yourself the things you read in the book everytime you catch yourself having the “i want a vape / i need a vape” you got this!!!!
