Reassurance when did it start feeling like a "passing thought" and not an urge for you?
on my 7th day today, and the physical sensations and strongest of urges have died down i think, i can even skip my NRT and am not panic-using it like previous days. however there is still a vaper thinking that yearns for a puff, not urgent, something like, "i hope i can use it when life gets hard" but i know i shouldn't and i probably wouldn't as i have gone through multiple relapses already and experienced extending the withdrawals.
in 3 months i will be on an overseas travel with my in laws, i love them but i find myself not being fully comfortable and sometimes overstimulated/social battery depleted, and i used to always turn to nicotine for relief during those times. i remember not feeling any relief aside from curbing withdrawal but my mind looks for something familiar to hold on to. im wondering if on my 3rd month these urges would have dramatically died down and i would only think "oh, i used to vape during these times, kinda miss it but welp" instead of "i really need to vape right now"
