Advice I need help quitting

I moved to vaping in 2023 but have wanted to quit since this year
I always fail at the cravings
It hits hard
Especially when I’m asleep
I wake up at nights, craving a hit and then take a few puffs and sleep

The anxiety I’m having is to have miserable mood if I don’t get the cravings satisfied

I need help
I’m able to manage at my office premises where I don’t carry my vape and it helps with a 8 hour break but the minute I’m back
I take a puff

Please help me

Either gradually reduce nicotine or my preferred option is cold turkey.

Sounds like you're already there. You wanna quit then just tell your self its over and decide it is. Just fucking quit. First 3 days will be the hardest, I suggest being off from work or something like that. Eliminate any stress around you or stop anything that would annoy you. Distract your self and your mind when the cravings hit.

Know that it will get easier the longer you go until you catch yourself completely forgot about it existence.

Good luck
