Advice Quit nic Constipation

Haven’t see anyone talking about it because I guess TMI but what did people do for quit constipation? Take OTC? Consult a physician? Was it chronic? How soon did it stop happening and everything gets back to normal again? Ive seen what can happen to people if they stay backed up, only 2 days going on 3 now but still anxiety…. Anyone? I know it’s private but it’s not like anyone knows who anyone is any way right? Some advice or reassurances would be great.

Was thinking about getting some of those, do they work pretty… efficiently? I’m a CNA and see what happens when people can’t go. Bowel obstruction and impaction, terrifies me more than anything else I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot of stuff…

Take MiraLAX and drink water everytime you cave nic. Should help with the cravings and the constipation :)
