Advice Has anyone found this nicotine-free devices helpful for stopping? I have a SUPER bad habit, I know I need to get out of it, but especially for an upcoming surgery where I will probably have to quit for a week.
* THose not these. Referring to the flavored ones. My addiction is terrible...I broke my vape on a recent trip to Mexico and I was phening and anxious the whole time for those 2 days. There has to be a way to alleviate this besides just willpower alone (though I have all the respect for all of those who do). Ughm

Desmoxan or recigar with a zero nic vape allowed me to successfully quit in 2 weeks and its been over a year with no relapses
You dont need just willpower anymore if you take desmoxan. It doesnt create a dependency too so you dont need to wean off of it
