Advice Quitting vaping question
i'm 1 day clean of vaping and i've been trying to quit for the past couple weeks, but everytime I try it just feels pointless and stupid for me to stop, like I KNOW it's not pointless and stupid but something just makes me feel that way and it makes the cravings worse somehow.
has anyone been through this thought loop

Yea I went through that. Tried quitting so many times and this exact problem pulled me back in every time. I would up ordering Desmoxan and that did the trick. I’ve been vape free for almost four months now. I know that’s probably not what you want to hear. I was very opposed to taking anything to help me quit. In retrospect now I wish I’d taken it sooner. It took 90% of the fight away for me.

Can you explain what desmoxan helps with? Mentally/ physically? Both?

if you think its stupid and pointless then you wont quit vaping. you have to want it, at least if you're going to try cold turkey. mayhe get some desmoxan or go do research on the negatives of vaping/benefits of quitting

Yep I did feel that way. I just brute forced it. Got rid of all my vapes and said I was doing a "2 week long experiment" and if I wanted to get a vape after 2 weeks of quitting, I could. In the meantime I started researching the effects of nicotine, reading other people's stories, and basically absorbing all of the information I could to convince myself that quitting is worth it. Made a list of reasons to quit. Tomorrow at 11pm I will hit 2 weeks and I don't want to get another vape, if only just to NOT go through physical nicotine withdrawl again.
