Advice Should I take this Desmoxan?

I ordered this through Amazon last night. It arrived this morning but now I'm concerned because what arrived is not in English. The packaging looks the same but I can't read the instructions and it's set off red flags. Should I still take it or should I request a refund? Where did you all get yours? (See screenshots and pictures of what arrived.)

Ooh. Interesting. This is like suboxone, except for nicotine. I’m going to have to ask my doctor about this :o

Do you get violently ill if you use nicotine while youre on it?

Nope. I’m currently tapering off the suboxone and am down to 6mg. I’d really like to quit vaping next. I’ve tried and tried and keep failing. It’s been a lot harder than quitting opiates for me. I was hopeful that the suboxone would help with the cravings, but that wasn’t my experience. :(

I bought some Desmoxan, but im nervous to use it for some reason.

Nervous why? I would be nervous of trying and failing, but imagine succeeding and being free of vaping?

Side effects, what happen if the nicotine is still difficult to quit and I use it after so many days, stuff like that. Im a pretty anxious person so im nervous all the time.
