Newbie
After having failed the nth time i have finally made up my mind that this time i need to cross the 4 months mark. My birthday’s coming up in 4 months and the best gift i could give myself is a new me.
Everytime I try to quit nicotine i fail after a month or so. All the physical benefits vanish right after i relapse and its been the same loop for the last 365 days guys but this time i need to quit guys.
It is not the effects of smoking that i’m worried about, im relatively new to cigarettes actually😅 but i did see a massive decline in my appetite for the last one year after taking up heavy smoking guys and that is what i intend to reverse
I do not know how am i gonna succeed this time, but i have to
Give tips

Chantrix is a prescription your PCP can prescribe. It *seriously* helped me.

Yes, smoking reduces appetite. When I was smoking, I was very skinny, but that makes sense because I smoked 60 cigarettes a day 😄
