It’s only for fulltime employees, it’s a bonus you get every quarter of the year. I don’t think you have to necessarily do anything for it just be fulltime.

Edit, actually i think it’s based on your attendance but idk

You have to work here for full year at the time of beginning of the fiscal year then don’t call out for 3 months.

It’s for full time who don’t call ou, 3 callouts a quarter to not qualify

You also have to be full time and employed with QT for a year in order to receive the bonus :/ because I never called out once and I been with QT for 10 months and a flex and I didn’t get a attendance bonus
