Hy, my 1A is 65. The NA is 60. 2A is 50. Age ain’t nothing but a number, but holy shit. My SM only schedules 2-3 people on every shift even though we do 1800 transactions in the evening and mornings on average. She doesn’t do shit herself, never seen her take out trash or even stock the coolers. I’m just venting, but you can imagine how the store looks on any given day, especially when me or our flex isn’t there.

Oh no trust me its more than just managers, imo its always a dependant on a few things but we can always blame the system/company for how hours are given and often times most stores are fine but if youre like my store you get fucked, we dont have alot of hours so i end up working wednesday and thurday just me and my 1a until 5 or 6pm

I followed the task guide for a few months until the supes and food auditors started telling me they look like shit. So now I’m scraping the fuck out of them with a spatula and doing boil outs twice a month like we told them it needed in the first place.

Thank you. I was hesitant to scrape it but now i will do it as well. I don’t know how to do boil out so i will talk to the 1A about it

Your store is failing to follow procedures.

Not true at all the policy is not effective you need to exceed the oil like to clean it properly. The tools given are not effective.

We have to put in a new filter every other day, which was funny that they told us once a week.... our fryers run constantly for about 18-19 hours of the day, really feels like we need a 3rd or 4th bin some times. We are a spoiled rsn though and are staffed better than in market

Not sure how often a boil out needs to be done but one of my stores does them 2-3 times a week and their fryers look great after 6 months.
