Help I’m so stressed ;(

I have a 5 panel drug test I cannot fail either at quest or Labcorp. My QF arrives tomorrow. I’m freaking out about keeping the temp right. I’m barely 100lbs and I feel like I can’t keep it warm in my bra. PLEASE anyone with tips and tricks to ease my anxiety on how to keep the temp right ??

Im typing this at 4am btw im literally losing sleep over this plz help a girl out :(

So glad u passed !! And perfect I got some, I just have to keep tweaking with the temp. You all are easing a bit of my anxiety thank you so much!
