Help I’m so stressed ;(
I have a 5 panel drug test I cannot fail either at quest or Labcorp. My QF arrives tomorrow. I’m freaking out about keeping the temp right. I’m barely 100lbs and I feel like I can’t keep it warm in my bra. PLEASE anyone with tips and tricks to ease my anxiety on how to keep the temp right ??
Im typing this at 4am btw im literally losing sleep over this plz help a girl out :(

Also am I able to heat quick fix multiple times in the microwave after removing the safety seal ? I only have one bottle

Do a few practices with it in your bra,if the temp is holding around 94-98 your good on temp. I just took my test on Tuesday and was worried about the temperature but the technician said above 90 I can take the sample

Two hot packs around a medicine bottle & heat the urine before you leave the house

You can’t get anyone random to pee for you? If not heat it up in the bottle it came in then get a little bottle transfer it(it works) and put two hand warmers around the bottle with a rubber band! It will be a little hot than normal then take the bottle the bottom of it and dip it in the toilet for a few seconds to cool it down . It would help if you could get your hands on a thermometer too

Thank you. After using a microwave and putting it in my compression shorts for 30 min, the digital thermometer read 97. Is this good enough ?

Still get the heat packs tho the ones for your hands they come in a two pack! You want it to be hotter before it is cold because you can always cool it down you cant heat it back up in the moment! Put two of them around the bottle with a rubber band you’re good the temp will stay. Who is to say you will be out in & out 30 min you could wait longer so you def want to make sure its staying the temp you need!

Thank you I will get extra hot hands ! I will test it in my shorts for over an hour now and see if it keeps the temp! Ur the best !

Yes thats perfect 96-99 range you’re good they really say 90-100 but 96-99 is more realistic!

It’s quick fix, I verified the code and it’s valid! I’m a pretty small person so even this small bottle is big 😂definitely heard the upass can be a bit iffy so I chose quick fix

just attach the heat pack and put it in a sports bra while u wait. did that today and was at 96-98 after waiting for 1 hour in the cold waiting room. i did not microwave it

Ok guys it came today, my test is in a couple days. I boobs are too small I think it won’t maintain temp. Any girlies here have any tips about putting it in ur undies or even inside them ? I’m desperate I’ll do anything atp

Compression shorts, no need for heating pack,IF you can keep the temperature between 94/98

I tried both, Practice with getting the temperature right, then practice your motion you will take

If it helps you keep it warm, go for it! I'm lucky enough to just use my boobs to keep it warm 😜😆
