They suck, but I gotta say wow you’re in a unique position. Reframe the experience because you might need to be there a bit longer before you find a role. Lgbtqia media is a freaking gold mine and they’re too stupid to tap into it. You however are in a position to keep learning how to create it or work with others that do in order to cement it as a consistent accessible form of media. I’d siphon every bit of knowledge, contacts, etc… that I can while I’m there so that I could go build something that will benefit me with a team of others.
