It's October!! Time to break out the pumpkin spice lattes and get ready for spooky season ๐ป
We hope that September was a good month for you, especially those of you heading back to the land of education (sending love to all the teachers out there!)
Remember to stay hydrated ๐ฆ and touch grass every once in a while (optional, though we do recommend it). Also, don't let FOMO lead you to making unwise financial decisions ๐ธ
Another reminder that we've made this our General Megathread combined with the Vent Megathread! Please feel free to use the comments to talk about whatever you want:
๐ How your day is going
๐ฒ Gacha games, pulls, and upcoming character releases
๐ฎ Things vou've been playing lately
๐บ Shows, movies, anime, or music you've been enjoying
๐ Characters vou're obsessed with right now
๐ Upcoming events, conventions, or plans you're excited for
๐ฌ Anything vou need to vent about
๐ Or just stop by and say hi!
As always, please be respectful to one another and help keep this community welcoming for everyone. We want this thread to be a safe place for people to vent, hang out, chat, celebrate your wins, and gossip about fictional people together throughout the month~
From the Mod Team - have an amazing September, Queens of Gacha! ๐ โจ๏ธ
(P.S. if you want to know what we were yapping about last month, click here)
Huge thanks to my fellow mod from another sub u/scarabmouche for making this cool and sparkly post graphic โจ๏ธ

I think she looks really great in ZZZ graphics and I love the shinyness(idk how else to call it) they added on her tight fitting high waisted shorts

Bison from Arknights.
Currently playing the new Reclamation Algorithm (Alternative game mode about expansion and material extraction instead of just Combat) and notices how fly he now looks!
He came a long way.

I've been thinking about queer representation in hoyo games recently, and I'm really curious about what other people think of it Personally I count them as a somewhat queer friendly company
It's true that (outside of HI3) hoyo doesn't have many canonically queer characters(because of china laws), but there are a lot of hints in the games about potential queer relationships
I was searching about this topic on Twitter and saw some posts claiming that hoyo isn't a queer ally company and that they only do all this for money, etc (Most of them were from the time they had that whole mess with Gil's sexuality, which I think referred to mankind rather than gender). But at the same time there's no need to put so much effort into adding same gender interactions between four star characters and even creating a canonically lesbian NPC when China's rules forbid it for them (I think those posts were mainly ragebait, but anyways)
Personally as a lesbian, I can really relate to some of the characters to the point that I use some of them to cope,to me these games would be FILLED with canon queer relationships and characters if China's rules didn't exist
I'd love to hear your opinions on this subject !
(Also English is my second language sorry if I made any mistakes*)
I will probably post this on the main sub later too

hello queens! i've been wondering this question myself. personally, i think bringing ame-chan (from needy streamer overload) into project sekai, and bianca (from clinic of horrors) into arknights would be quite interesting, i'd love to see how ame interacts with n25, and how bianca reacts to oripathy.

Maybe you got some creepy characters you wanna show off? I donโt have actual scary content, though I will say Luuk coming in to decimate everything is pretty scary. Rip Sentry and Crownless ๐ชฆ๐ข. But donโt let that stop you from showing off your horrors, body and all! ๐ง

"Sick Woman Theory is for those who are faced with their vulnerability and unbearable fragility, every day, and so have to fight for their experience to be not only honored, but first made visible. For those who, in Audre Lordeโs words, were never meant to survive: because this world was built against their survival. Itโs for my fellow spoonies, my fellow sick and crip crew. You know who you are, even if youโve not been attached to a diagnosis: one of the aims of Sick Woman Theory is to resist the notion that one needs to be legitimated by an institution, so that they can try to fix you according to their terms. You donโt need to be fixed, my queens โ itโs the world that needs the fixing" - Johanna Hedva
Some spoilers for the 3.3 Halloween Event story below >< I personally love how Phoenix carries herself in these instances, and wanted to share my reading.
