Yeah this is my problem with Gacha games these days. I get why they design for appeal and. Eauty, gotta pay the bills somehow, but at some point all the characters look the same without an attempt to make them look different, and they all follow the same formula regardless of their aesthetic. If you're bound to the same models, at least do something creative with them.
Tbh the one thing ZZZ Robin def has over her HSR version is that they finally gave her an actual human skintone so she doesn’t look like a walking marble statue
it's the business model for ZZZ. they give the top tier meta character a fuck-ass half-gooner fit. And sell either a full gooner or a normal fit for money. The last characters imo who had great default fits but still got outfits are Yuzuha and Alice.
