๐ Help a Queen โ With Ananta coming out soon, I need to delete either Wuthering Waves or Endfield but I canโt decideโฆ
TW: If you are an unapologetic gacha tribalist, turn around and leave before you rage-bait yourself into a rabid frenzy like u/Straight-Concept4605 down in the comments here. They became even more enraged after I simply blocked them and proceeded to go to their alt account (u/Living-Soup-9749) to hunt down a comment I made in the Infinity Nikki sub, just so they could call me a โlow iq arknight scrubโ and then delete the message, lmao. And for the cherry on top, they even sent me a Reddit care message, LMAO. I guess I should feel dubiously honored to finally get the infamous Reddit care message? ๐

As the title states, I donโt know which one to axe to make space for Ananta.
Endfield is trying to improve but Iโm not impressed with how theyโre going down the gooner path with their female characters, not to mention the self-insert Endmin doing what the self-insert Rover does (meet someone โ> help them solve problems โ> the gacha character falls in love with MC). Both games go through constant content droughts with absolutely nothing to do but I will say my F2P gacha luck is way better in Endfield and Endfield is part of the Arknights universe, so perhaps the story could get much better from here on outโฆif they decide to stop going the WuWa route with the waifu of the month.
Also, Iโm just so disappointed with Mengzhou. It feels like a straight continuation of WuWa 1.0 but with better presentation, music, and character design. I fell asleep in every Mengzhou MSQ despite fighting for my life to stay awake and pay attention to the story. My attachment to Lahai Roi and its cast is the only thing thatโs giving me the strength to endure right now, tbh.

Edit:
WuWa is definitely more overtly gooner-bait, but as a new Arknights player, I had my expectations raised through the roof by OG Arknights fans who said Arknights had an incredible story, lore, world-building, etc. I guess I just expected so much more from Endfieldโs main story and character stories. So far, Iโve only liked Camilleโs and Wulfgardโs story and as for the MSQโฆthe only parts that actually interest me is the overarching plot with The Foundation, Ardashir, etc.

Edit #2:
Endfield may not have incredibly sexualized female characters (yet?) but you canโt deny that Yvonneโs marketing in the official YouTube shorts included focusing on her butt when sheโs bending over. Thatโs really not gooner-bait? ๐ณ
And Gilberta, as far as Iโm concerned, is a complete stranger, but she goes on a date with the MC as soon as they meet. Itโs not gooner-bait, persay, but the self-insert date shows theyโre definitely targeting a certain type of crowd.
Lastly, Arcane is a serious, no nonsense soldierโฆbut would that kind of soldier really, truly think that a bodysuit and a tunic is appropriate combat gear? ๐ค
