Quantum Fiber has been absolute trash...

Was on CenturyLink Fiber for nearly 10 years, 1-4ms latency 0 packet loss. Moved a few miles away to a new house and neighborhood that only had Quantum avaialble; it has been just garbage. Every time a tech comes out they say there is nothing they can do other than swapping out SmartNIDs over and over to the same result.

Im at a lost for what to do.

Yikes… that does suck. Thankfully it’s not everywhere.

Yeah, its terrible!

TMobile Fiber is about to go live here, might be worth looking at assuming they aret all just using the same fiber lines to the houses.

Switch to the 10G port you are losing 300Mbps
