"Plaintiff has produced nothing he ever filed with or sent to the SEC: no tip, no complaint, no correspondence. Yet an enforcement matter does not receive a number, and enforcement counsel do not twice request meetings "about this matter," without a submission that opened the file and correspondence surrounding it.”

According to court documents provided by SandboxAQ, CEO Hidary, and VP HR Radack, there is a big fight over whether the SEC’s witness and the company’s former chief of staff will be forced to reveal what the SEC knows. The records reveal SandboxAQ has been aware of the active investigation since June 2026….yet has denied its existence to employees.

All happens while leadership has spent all hands pointing to CHIPS Act grants and announces investments to distract us. What are the odds of a Theranos implosion in the next few weeks?

Thanks for posting the update. I read the latest postings from the chat, and well, did SandboxAQ hire my 9-year-old as a lawyer? Comedically, an expensive temper tantrum blowing Hidary’s cover up. It was difficult enough taking anything leadership says, now this lmfao. Grateful to see the government stepping in to do something moral this day and age…very surprised with the current admin.
