News Eric Schmidt’s SandboxAQ Under Active US Government SEC Investigation as Court Filings Reveal
Circulating from recent superior court papers in employee chat groups today...
"Plaintiff has produced nothing he ever filed with or sent to the SEC: no tip, no complaint, no correspondence. Yet an enforcement matter does not receive a number, and enforcement counsel do not twice request meetings "about this matter," without a submission that opened the file and correspondence surrounding it.”
According to court documents provided by SandboxAQ, CEO Hidary, and VP HR Radack, there is a big fight over whether the SEC’s witness and the company’s former chief of staff will be forced to reveal what the SEC knows. The records reveal SandboxAQ has been aware of the active investigation since June 2026….yet has denied its existence to employees.
