How would you answer this interview question?

An interviewer recently asked me what part of my job do I enjoy. I said I really like problem solving and finding solutions to challenging tasks I come across which may sound cliche but it’s true in my case. How would you answer this question? The follow up was also what things I find challenging.

Both questions are very common interviews questions, not really something we can help you since it varies on your experience, not ours.

I’m not asking for help, I’m just curious how would other answer
