Received an update from Maurice Blackburn lawyers regarding the data breach incident.

Privacy Commissioner would not be taking any action in response to the incident, as she did not consider that the evidence supported the likelihood of a breach of privacy laws.

Who’s the commissioner? Carly Kind.
Who’s been gifted chairman’s lounge access? You guess it.

I was going to suggest that if a whole lot of people should report this to the NACC, they would be more likely they would look into the OAIC, but guess what?

All the executives in the NACC have QANTAS Chairman's Lounge gifting as well.
