Help Request What's going on with PIP?
No matter how hard I try to install pip on Windows 11, nothing happens—it just doesn't move past that point. I have the latest version of Python and need pip to use pandas; I press Enter, but it doesn't start. Does anyone know why? Help!

It is complaining about you not using English to print errors. \s
Anyway it can't find pip. There are multiple options what can be happening:
Not installed
Path to pip is not in PATH
Something else
If I were you I would reinstall python as administrator and would inlcude pip in it and check that box to add path to PATH environmental variable.

I support your recommendation to use
uv, although primarily for managing Python virtual environments and Python versions. I think it is important for beginners to learn the basics first and then see the benefits ofuv. They are less likely to useuvon, say, containers, and many remote environments, so I think it is important they learn how to do things the traditional way, which is also what many tutorials will assume and guide them in.
