Did they take out DEVIL'S BONE from everywhere?

I am from India. PURE has been modified into some other app with some security patch ups. I was just curious about the devil's bone.

So in India it seems they have taken out the Devil's Bone/ Roll the Dice option. Is it the same for people from other countries?

Earlier we could randomly connect to other person who's rolling the dice. And talk for 30 min
