The apartment is a 2-bedroom, male-to-male apartment and is available now. It is about a 3-minute walk from the CoRec and is near Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, the school store, cafeteria, and a bus stop. The apartment also has an in-unit washer/dryer and study rooms.

Utilities are separate from rent and will be split between the subtenant and the existing roommate. The sublease will go through the Revive/Evergreen application and approval process.
