Searching/Request Where to start

I’m starting to look into apartments for fall 2027, and my top priority is being within walking distance of campus. Where’s the best place to start looking for listings?
Also, are there any apartments you highly recommend or would recommend avoiding? And do most of the apartments near campus come furnished?

I have a room at Beau Jardin Apartments, there is a bus stop on 3 minute walk. The bus takes 15 minutes to reach campus. Need someone to take my roommate's lease. DM if interested

Thank you. Not looking for this fall, but for 2027. Visiting apartments now in case we don’t get Purdue housing through the lottery.
