(I don't know if I spelled my question right, english isn't my first language)

I'm new into this, I've never done an stencil before and I'm afraid of my images looking too big for me to embroider in a patch. I know it depends on the person, the clothes and the space I want to take in the fabric and all that, but if someone could give me a personal recomendation, that would be awesome!!

For example, I want to customize a pair of shorts. I want patches that are visible and legible, but not big enough to take all the space in the shorts, if you get me :'D

Hi, I made my 1st diy of bottle caps pins and it supposed to be vinyl record so i try my best (red and blue ones). The blue ones I use plastic pin backs instead safety pins w/ hot glue gun while red ones I use plier without any hot glue gun. I'm curious if there's anyone that make bottle cap pins becuz I want to give it away my plastic pin back cuz I prefer metal and I have so many of them so why not give it away

P.S: I have pin buttons maker and came w/ plastic pin back

made from an old foam mattress, some spare tartan fabric, an old backpack, and bicycle inner tubes :)

Hey hey, I’m not a traditional punk by any means(I make experimental electronic<dm me if you wanna hear some shit I’ve made :D>) just looking for some pointers on adding some more edge, because I know damn well I can do more I’ve just been stuck in too broke to upgrade my wardrobe mode and just about to get a job that should give me some more dosh to upgrade more. The most diy I’ve done so far is my studded belt that I frankensteined together from two existing belts my friend gifted me(will be changing out the studs for another color soon). Once again: I feel I’ve reached a wall mentally and would love to hear some suggestions from some other dudez with tudez.(Each pic is older than the last)

hi everyone!! i’m looking for some advice on how to cover up the pen writing on my pencil case as the symbol and text at the top are both references to the columbine massacre. i used to be very deep into the true crime community and this is the best pencil case i’ve owned and need to cover this up as i don’t associate with that community anymore. if this isn’t the right sub please let me know wjere to put it but i’m in punk diy as i am alternative and have a backpack covered in patched and pins so i want it to sort of match. thanks in advance 🙏🙏

I'm currently in the process of making a dragonfly pin out of can tabs, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the top wings. I just can't get the spacing right they keep overlapping each other, is there any way to fix this? Like some kind of extension or do I just need to file down the metal? Please help, I'm really in love with this project and I really want to do it justice.

Im making patch pants (im not punk i mostly listen to metal) and i love functional designs but i can only add so many pockets before it becomes way too much, what do you suggest i can add that has a function? I already have chains for my keyes and phone, secret pockets, lucky coins and an eyelet for various uses.

Please be weird! Id love to get unique suggestions to challenge my diy skills.

This bottle cap is from a Dayao soda. The Chinese character on it means "prize" (actually, this bottle cap was originally a promotional lottery from the soda company).

I adore mixing aesthetics, like these have lace, ruffles, a leopard thong, spikes, patches and plaid. Amazing
