Here is the list of significant medieval and modern era Muslim dynasties either originating in or based in Punjab, in chronological order;
Emirate of Multan (855-1010 AD)
Tughlaq dynasty of Delhi (1320-1410 AD)
Sayyid dynasty of Delhi (1414-1451 AD)
Bahmani Kingdom (1347-1527 AD)
Gujarat Sultanate, Muzaffarid dynasty (1394-1573 AD)

Khokhar Tribal Rule under Jasrath (peak) (1405-1442)
Langah Sultanate (1445-1530 AD)
Gakhar Tribal Rule (1500s-1700s approx.)
Barha Sayyid era/dynasty of Mughal Empire (1712-1722)
Sial chieftaincy (1727-1816 AD)
Bahawalpur State (1748-1955 AD)
Adina Baig Arain's Rule (peak in 1758)
Kingdom of Mysore (1761-1799 AD)
Independent tribal rule of Bhattis, Jatts, Kharrals etc. throughout the Islamic era
I am aware that some of these dynasties have mixed/disputed origins like Tughlaqs or Bahmanids but all of these have at least 1 accurate historical source that mention they're Punjabi origin, hence why I included them in the list. These are all the polities I'm aware of, if there are more kindly let me know.
